Return Policy

Choosing art for your home is personal, and sometimes a print simply doesn't feel right once it's on the wall. That's why Morawaa gives you a full 30 days to send it back.

1. Changed your mind?

You can return any Morawaa print within 30 days after it was delivered, as long as:

• it has not been hung or used, and has no scratches, marks or holes;
• it is returned in the original Morawaa box with its protective wrapping and corners;
• you include your order number or receipt.

2. Received a damaged or wrong item?

If your frame or acrylic front is broken, the print shows a production fault, or you got a different design, size or frame colour from the one you ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to contact@morawaa.com with your order number and photos of both the item and the packaging. You decide whether you want a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay for the return.

3. How to send a print back

1. Write to contact@morawaa.com and tell us your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll confirm your return and email you a prepaid return label together with packing tips.
3. Pack the print carefully, ideally in the box it arrived in, and ship it to: Morawaa, Wollzeile 11, 1010 Wien, Austria.

Please wait for our confirmation before posting anything. Parcels we receive without an agreed return can't be processed.

4. Exceptions

We can't accept prints that have been hung, altered or damaged after delivery, or gift cards.

5. Swapping for another design or size

We don't do direct exchanges. Return the print you have (if it qualifies) and simply place a new order for the one you'd prefer. We'll refund the original purchase once the return is approved.

6. Your statutory right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day return period goes beyond this, so you have more time. Your legal warranty rights for faulty goods remain unaffected.

7. When you'll get your money

We check every returned print when it arrives and email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are sent to the payment method you used within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the amount. If you haven't seen the money 15 business days after our approval, please contact us.
